Sweet & Spicy Roasted Cashews

Have you ever been in a train station or outside where the guys have the carts selling hot dogs ,pretzels, and other concessions.I had a craving for cashews and I wanted them roasted some sort of way so I chose to make them sweet and spicy because I love how they mesh .You’ll taste the sweet at the  front  and then the spicy  at the back  of the palette. They are made with maple syrup and cane sugar because to me they are similar in taste.I made them with a lil ‘ bit of cayenne pepper for that bite. When I tasted the cashew tasted nice I liked them I hope you will too. Here is the recipe for me to share with you.
